Parking:  No parking at the property.  Complimentary parking permit for 1 car at Beer Main Car park.  The car park is a 7 minute walk from the property on level pavement. Restrictions:  Smoking is not permitted within the cottage. A £150 refundable security deposit is taken against damage/breakages.  Changeover day is a Friday. Pets information: Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £30 per pet per week).
