Central & quiet home away from home

Large apartment in a sleepy Givatayim neighborhood. 10 minute walk to Ramat Gan diamond district and Tel Aviv central train station. Suburban feel yet centrally located so you can get to anywhere in Israel quickly! Complete with wifi and Washer/Dryer The space Apartment is great for a couple or family, with large living room and master bedroom along with smaller second bedroom which is ideal for kids. The second bedroom is colorful and includes an inflatable mattress that serves as a second bed. The long and large living room includes a 50 inch HD TV and two comfortable couches. At the far end there is a dining table that seat 4 and can extend to seat more (6-8). Behind that there is a closed balcony which serves as an office space, complete with a large desk, rolling plush chair, and an additional small couch. There are large windows in the balcony that can be opened to allow lots of light and fresh air in. There is a large air conditioner that easily cools down the entire living room and balcony space, and more or less the entire apartment too. The master bedroom has a 32 inch HD TV on the wall and a built-in large closet, the bottom half of which is cleared out for guest use. You can hang clothes and use the available shelving as per your needs. There is an additional air conditioner in this room in case you only want to cool the bedroom and not the entire apartment. There is an additional 1/2 room with a clothes hanger and makeup area that you are free to use. This is also where plenty of sheets and towels will be ready for you upon your arrival. The second bedroom is more of a kids play room and has a plastic table with chairs, toys, and a large rug. It doubles as a bedroom by removing the plastic table and inflating the large mattress, which can fit up to two adults and is quite comfortable. There are, of course, extra pillows for this bed as well. There is a fan for this room as it stays fairly cool after the sun goes down, but if it is too hot you can always run the big air conditioner (or both) and it will cool down this room too and it pretty short order. The kitchen includes a new gas stove top which is built into a large wooden food prep area ("butcher's block"), along with a tall stool that allows you to sit while chopping or otherwise preparing your meals. Additionally, we have a toaster oven that is perfect for making small meals. More appliances like a regular toaster, a microwave, water boiler ("kum-kum"), pressure cooker, blender, and a food processor are there for you to use, along with pots/pans/plates/cutlery. The bathroom was completely renovated 2 years ago and thus is modern and clean. A built-in shower space has a large shower head with good water pressure. A timed water boiler is available for use, but most days the sun collector will have hot water available all day for you. The toilet room is separate and was also renovated with new tile, toilet, and toilet seat. Finally, a small utility room houses a front-loading Whirlpool washing machine along with a front-loading dryer that sits atop it, making doing your laundry a snap. Both are very simple to use, but you'll find the instruction manual waiting for you beside them anyway. Guest access Guests have full run of the apartment! High speed wifi lets you surf the web quickly and there is even an Apple TV so you can stream content on the 50 inch TV in the living room. There is also an HD antenna that catches a few local channels as well as radio. The kitchen is full stocked with appliances and anything you would ever need really.
