Cosy apartment, located in the heart of the city, in a calm neighbourhood. This apartment has lots of light, airy and with all the comfort you need, with some accomodations like dishwasher, coffee machine. The apartment is located in the historic part of the city, wich is a UNESCO heritage and is 5 minutes from University, Praça da República, Baixa and Museu Machado Castro. From this apartment you can get by walk to all the mainly interest points of the city. The space A small apartment, ideal for two people, although it is possible to have 3 people since there is a couch that turns into a bed. The apartment has a small patio where you can smoke. Inside you will find everything you need for your daily routines such as a kitchen where you can cook, a dishwasher, tv, coffee maker and wifi. This apartment is not recommended for children under 3 years old. Guest access The guests can easily access all of the apartment. It is exclusive to them. Other things to note Rules : - Parties are not allowed; - Smoking inside the residence is not allowed; - We do not advise that you use the same footwear you use outside inside the apartment. You may bring your own flippers or any kind of inside footwear In case you need any, we will provide properly sanitized slippers for your stay; - Once you check-in the accommodation bulletin must be filled out in order to be sent to the SEF (Borders and Foreign Services) as mandated by portuguese law. The Bulletin must be completed with all the requested information so that it can be duly sent to the Competent Authorities. - The Municipal Tax must be paid at check-out, in the amount of €1 per night per adult, for a maximum of 3 nights. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from this payment upon presentation of proof of age. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street. However, during the months of September and October there may be noise from students passing by on the street celebrating. September is the beginning of the school year and until the middle of October, there is the "Festa das Latas "(Can Festival) to welcome new students. There may also be noise from the street in May due to the "Queima das Fitas" (Filament Burning), the main party for students at the University of Coimbra. The apartment is located in the historic area of ​​Alta de Coimbra, so its streets are narrow, cobbled and steep. This apartment is not recommended for children under 7 years old.
