The space Villa Perla del Mare is a beautiful villa located in front of the sandy beach with its crystal clear water. This beach extends for miles and miles either to east and west and gives you the possibility to relax, to walk along the shore or just to sunbathe. Even if close to the beach, there is a wide swimming pool (5,5 m * 11 m + round entrance/ 1,40 m deep) in the property for your private use - that can also be heated and in colder periods also with low cover and you can swim inside - where you can have fun whenever you want. Below is a small summary of the expenses and costs related to the property: each standard price for the night is for a group of four people. Each extra guest will have an additional cost. Final cleaning, linen and towels are included in the final price. In case of a stay longer than 12 days, an intermediate cleaning with linen change is also included. Regarding the availability of beds, there are several options with minimum paying guests for each option.
