Les Cabanes des Landes – Cabin on stilts

Peaceful haven nestled in the heart of the Corrèze countryside, on 5 hectares along the river. There is only a small road to access it and a multitude of paths to discover this wonderful corner of nature. The space Please note: we will be away from September 24 to 30. There is someone on site to welcome you and to manage in case of need, but there will be no activities (archery, spa, catering). You have access to the petanque court, billiards and darts for free. Vast cabin on stilts with large living room, kitchenette, master bedroom bed 160, children's room with bunk beds. Max 6 per. Separate bathroom and dry toilet. Big covered terrace on a fully fenced location. The cabin is 30 meters from the river, quiet assured. Life in nature does not mean not to do without well-being, so it is equipped with all modern comforts: water (cold, hot), electricity, internet via wifi, TV. Mobile phones work with VO WIFI or internet telephony. For the sake of nature protection, we ask for the use of 100% biodegradable products that we provide. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. It even allows in winter to get a temperature of 18 to 20°. It should be noted that, like any wood heating, it needs to be refilled with wood regularly (max 5 hours of autonomy, wood provided). Upon request, we will reload the day while you are away. In case of forgetting to recharge at night, we provide heated and hot blankets. Note that this accommodation is a cabin. It is insulated and allows occupancy in winter but it obviously does not have the insulation coefficients of a house. It will not be possible to be in t-shirts in the middle of winter 😉 Infants: Happy grandparents, we have equipment to make it easier for you to come with a baby. We do not leave this equipment in the cabin but do not hesitate to ask us (umbrella bed, crib, musical mobile, no high chair but a table seat (from 6 months), bathtub, bed gate, etc....) On sunny days, a common area at the entrance to the property houses a dining area and breakfasts, a relaxation area (tv, library, board games) and a leisure area with pétanque, darts, billiards (reserved for +12 and under the supervision of parents). At extra cost, several activities will be offered. SPA: A Spa is available on a secluded part of the property. One session will be offered for any reservation of 2 nights minimum. For safety reasons, it is not accessible to children under the age of 12. A baby sitting service will be offered for infants if needed. Each session is privatized. On-demand session rate (about 35 mins): €10/pers for residents of cabins for 1 night rental. Consider booking your session ahead of time. Guest access Vehicles can access the cabin in dry weather to bring things in on arrival and out on departure. Free parking is available at the entrance to the property in order to preserve the tranquility of the place. In rainy weather, for your arrival and departure, we will accompany you with our 4x4 vehicle. Other things to note On certain occasions, you can participate if you wish in various farm activities (goat milking, cheese making, feeding animals, baby bottles), it is not possible to plan in advance the activities during your visit, they are too random according to births, animal needs, weather, but do not hesitate to talk to us about it, there is always something going on In addition to on-site activities (pétanque, billiards, board games, fishing, etc.) other activities are possible with a surcharge (introduction to target archery, etc.). If you're looking for activities, please let us know, especially for those that require a reservation before your arrival, especially for short stays. Mattress covers, duvets and pillows are available on site. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are not included in the rental so as not to impose the extra cost on our guests. If you want to bring your own linen we will give you the size of the beds, for the others, a linen pack is available with supplement (€5/pers). Events allowed after agreement
