Lovely summer residence located in the heart of Fiskebäckskil, renovated in Spring 2023. About 20 meters from the sea with a lake view from the balcony and the patios. There are two small patios, both with dining areas. Two nice bedrooms on the upper floor and a TV / living room with bed sofa on the lower floor. Generous dining area and open-plan kitchen. Close to nice child-friendly beach, tennis courts, golf, riding school, several restaurants and grocery store. Ferry connection to Lysekil. The space There are two small patios (a patio and a small lawn, both with dining area). The house has all the amenities such as wc, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, micro, stove, oven, fridge and freezer. The house was partly renovated in 2021 with new ceiling and a new windshields in the second bedroom which now is a nice and large bedroom. The house is idyllically located in the middle of the boathouses with direct access to the sea. Guest access Fiskebäckskil is a small fisher village where you preferably walk or bring bikes to use. Other things to note Please note that the ceiling is pretty low, at least for tall Scandinavians above 1.90m or 6.4.
