The space Our unit is located at the topmost floor and is furnished with notably vintage paintings and antique furniture pieces combined with few modern touches. We also have an almost identical unit which is just one unit apart from here. We can accommodate group bookings for bigger families and groups as long as both units are available. Just inquire about its availabity. Our main bedroom provides access to the balcony where you can also spend some time talking with family and friends, or just enjoy the view. We have provided everything you might need from air-conditioning units for each bedroom, shower heater in the comfort room, some basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash. You can also cook your own food, reheat your leftovers through the microwave, and keep your beers cold with our refrigerator. The unit is equipped with PLDT Home prepaid wifi. Other things to note Bring your own drinking water. Prepaid wifi with initial load. Once consumed, reloading will be at your expense. Three towels will be provided during your stay. Extra towels will be charged separately. Pool access is 150 pesos per head payable to condo admin. 200 per head for night swimming. During pandemic, pool is by reservation through condo admin.
