The cottage built in Grisons style is located just above Flims-Dorf on a quiet and sunny south-facing location. It offers a magnificent view of Flims village and the southern alpine world. The spacious sun terrace or the fireplace in the living room are perfect to end an eventful day in the Flims mountains. Skiing in winter is possible up to the front door. Spacious garage with forecourt and year-round car access. The space Cosy and generously furnished apartment on two floors. The living room has a cheminee, comfortable upholstery group and large dining table. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob, and oven and fridge. On the upper floor there are two large double bedrooms as well as a one-bedroom, all with lavabo. In addition to a bathroom, there is an additional toilet with shower in the basement. The south-facing terrace measures about 13 square meters. Games, books, a garden grill and spirits are also available. The laundry is completely available, the washing of the same will be charged separately. TV, radio, garage and parking are included. Wireless LAN on request.
