Our 1920’s one bedrooms range from 789 to 830 sq. ft. & are fully equipped with everything you need for modern living with vintage style kitchen including a microwave, a refrigerator and a gorgeous breakfast nook. Please note, there is no oven. Stove top ovens available by request. Walk to hundreds of shops, restaurants, attractions, grocery stores. A beautifully restored historic building offers fully furnished residences in the heart of Hollywood, right in Franklin Village. Other things to note All guests are required to sign a short-term lease agreement prior to check-in. This agreement outlines house rules, occupancy limits, and liability terms. Booking confirmation constitutes agreement to complete this requirement.
