Room for one guest in a minimalistic style house with everything you need. Very good location. Close to all shops. 12 mins to Clearwater beach, 8 minutes to Belleair and 16 minutes to Sand Key beach. Right in the border of Clearwater and Largo. One parking spot in front of the house available for you. There is a fee for an extra guest. No third party bookings, please. The space The house is not crowded but has all what you need. The house is usually shared with other people staying on the other room, either me, another guest, friend or family member. I go from time to time into the shared spaces. Guest access It is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Washer and Drier available anytime. Wifi. Other things to note There is one spot available to park in front of the house. There is a cat living next door and sometimes goes in the house.
