On the ground floor is the 90 m2 living room with open kitchen, bar, dining room (traditional granite paving) and living room (parquet). This very bright room is facing south. You will find 3 bedrooms on the first floor served by a hallway, bathroom and toilet - the "chalet room": a large 35 m2 room with a 160 bed (new bedding), and a small 90 bed. - the "lilac room" a 13 m2 bedroom with a 140 bed (new bedding) - the "blue room" of 14 m2 with a 140 bed (new bedding) - a bathroom of 8 m2 completely redone with teak floor, large Italian shower and large storage space. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, a duplex family suite and a toilet: - the "Fleurs des Champs" room: large family room of 35 m2 with a 160 bed (new bedding) and a bunk bed (2 beds of 90) - the "Leon room": a 13 m2 room with 1 or 2 small beds of 90, convertible into a bed of 180 as needed. - the "la foret rose" family suite: Duplex with a total area of 60 m2 with: a large bathroom with shower, old cast iron island bathtub, and sink cabinet (bathroom entirely made of traditional cement tiles) a bedroom area adjoining the bathroom with a 160 bed a mezzanine with a workspace (small desk), a sleeping area on the left (small 90 cm bed) and a bedroom on the right (160 cm bed, new bedding). The floors on this floor are also all parquet. The bread oven located outside the house has been renovated to be transformed into a small independent house. On the ground floor there is a bedroom decorated with a tiled and wooden floor (140 cm bed). Upstairs another bedroom (140 cm bed with new bedding) offers a very cozy place conducive to rest. The bread oven has its own small stone terrace, isolated from the rest of the estate. Dry toilets adjacent to the bread oven are available. A last very "atypical" bed is available for tenants. This is "the swallow room", a room perched high up under the framework of the courtyard, therefore sheltered from the weather. You can sleep outside, lulled by frogs and other sounds of nature while observing the starry sky of Creuse... (140 cm bed with new bedding). Finally, the gem of the place is located in the center of the estate.
