The space The large and open basement apartment has been fully remodeled. This bright and inviting main space includes a living room with a 55in 4K smart TV, DVD player and surround sound as well as a full sized pull-out sofa-bed. In the other half of the main space you’ll find a full sized dining table and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave & toaster oven combo unit, grinder, coffee maker, french press and a garbage disposal. Through the door in the main space you’ll enter a large and comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed, white noise machine, a small desk, dresser and a small washer /dryer. The full bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. Please note that the bathroom is accessed from inside the bedroom so any guests sleeping on the sofa-bed in the living room will have to open the bedroom door in order to get to the bathroom. Guest access Street parking is free and readily available. There is a separate entrance to this basement apartment down one flight of exterior stairs. There is also a small flight of stairs up from the sidewalk. The deadbolt is programed with a door code which we will personalize for your visit to ensure security.
