Located on the second floor of the Carriage House are our two Owl's Nest rooms. They share a full bathroom. This room is a Cape Cod style room because of the steep pitched attic-like, low ceilings, and whimsical dormer window with excellent sunset view of the Presidential Mountains. The Owl's Nest has a comfortable queen bed, wide original pine plank floors and comfortable seating. This room is not recommended for people who desire high ceilings since the max ceiling height is 6'5". Includes: Premium toiletries, iron & ironing board (on request), hair dryer, private refrigerator, smart TV., phone charging station and free WiFi. The common space includes the piano parlor with an honor bar (wine, soda, liquor), coffee station, restrooms, board games and a wood burning fireplace. Outside seating areas include the enclosed screen porch & deck that overlooks the foot hills of the White Mountains towards Kezar lake (perfect place to take in a sunset and listen to the loons at night).
