Our Humble Abode

We are a retired couple and our house is located just 5 mins drive away from Wellington airport. Weta Workshop is just 2.5 kms away. Please be aware that the accommodation consists of a simple tidy room - not 5 star luxury (please see all the images before booking). Except for the bedroom, all other areas in the house are common for all. Stove top cooking for breakfast only. Microwave available. No outdoor footwear inside the house, especially on the carpeted areas. The space We live in a quiet neighbourhood on top of Maupuia hill and have some very pretty views from our Lounge/Dining area windows. Lots of reading material is also available as we are avid readers. Guest access Guests can access all common shared spaces in the house, as well as the garden. During your stay We are available any time to offer any help during your stay with us. Other things to note Only tea/coffe/sugar is provided. No meals or breakfast will be provided. Kindly make your own arrangements. Gas cooktop available for use to make breakfast only. For all other meals (lunch/dinner), please use the microwave. Kitchen will be shut at 10.30 pm. No laundry facilities available.
