This lovely house (1592 sq. ft.) has everything you could wish for a varied vacation for both individuals and families. The city of Utrecht and beautiful forests are both close by and swimming facilities are within reach. In addition, you can work from home in the adjacent office space. The house has all the comforts; wood stove, spacious kitchen, bathtub, 4-person sleeping accommodation (can be prepared for 6), kid-proof, beautiful spacious garden with trampoline, etc. Amsterdam is 30 minutes by car. In short, great! The space The living room has more than enough play options, a climbing frame, play cushions and bins full of games, duplo etc. There is also a grand piano that can be played by people who are musical. There is a spacious dining table where 8 people can easily eat. The garden has been replanted and has a trampoline that is played on endlessly. The other garden is perfect for eating/drinking with barbecue, seating and a picnic table. There is also a sandbox and water table for the kids. Downstairs, there is also an office space available with desk and sofa. Upstairs, on the middle floor, there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub. In the attic, there is another bedroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning that can cool and heat. One bedroom is equipped with a crib and a dresser for the little ones.
