Lovely loft room, near city centre.

Loft room with double bed (& blackout blind) in a stylish house a pleasant 10-minutes stroll from the centre of town and the Principality Stadium. Happy to host two people for up to FOUR days, for longer periods the room is available for SOLO guests. NB: we only host guests who have prior AirBnB reviews. Breakfast is not included but there's tea, fresh coffee, light snacks, and fruit in the room with plenty of excellent cafes nearby. Ideal room for longer stays. The space The room, at the top of a Victorian house, is light and airy with a blackout blind. The house itself is in a tree-lined street near Bute Park and River Taff. Everything is modernised to a high standard; wifi, bathroom plus separate room with walk-in shower. The neighbourhood has plenty of cafes, pubs, bars, and restaurants. Guest access For stays of less than FOUR DAYS main areas of the house are open with the exception of the kitchen and sitting room. During your stay Lots of local knowledge and a genuinely warm welcome. Other things to note As the house is in the centre of town free parkis extremely limited. Where possible I will try to save a non-permit parking space for you. SOLO guests only for stays longer than FOUR DAYS. Long stays welcome: weeks and months at a discounted rate.
