Whether you are sitting inside, relaxing on the covered porch or grilling in the front yard, the sights and sounds will make you feel like you’re literally on the water. The space Modern single level apartment is perfect for one or two couples who want to enjoy all the beauty and benefits of living on the coast of Maine. This newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of the owner’s home. The apartment features an open kitchen / dining / living area with wide views of the bay, boats and islands. Both bedrooms have queen beds with large closets adjacent to the ¾ bath and washer/dryer. Private covered porch features adirondack chairs and gas grill making it a great place to relax and watch the boating activities outside. A fifteen minute drive North will bring you to downtown Brunswick home to local restaurants, brew pubs, museums and the Maine State Music Theater located on Bowdoin College’s campus. Travel South fifteen minutes and you will discover Harpswell’s special waterfront restaurants, kayak rental options, small beaches and walking trails along the rocky coast. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the attached covered porch with adirondack chairs and BBQ grill, small lower parking area, upper larger parking area and the lawn overlooking the water. Other things to note The outside area is not safe for young children as the front lawn, lower parking area and driveway slopes steeply down the rocks into the water. Combination door lock provides convenient access to everyone in your group. The parking area near the apartment entrance is tight for 2 cars but there is plenty of parking available at the top of the driveway which is a short walk up or down the hill depending which way you are headed. Although we are dog lovers, we can’t allow any pets in the apartment.
