Being a stones throw away from the quaint market town Tenbury Wells and the picturesque town Ludlow, Raddlebank Grange is the perfect location for couples, solo adventures and young families wanting to immerse themselves in the beautiful countryside. We look forward to welcoming you. The space The apartment is a cosy, peaceful open plan apartment with a private en-suite. There is a King size bed and sofa bed. It has one of the best views in the UK! Guest access Raddlebank Grange offers you a private apartment complete with an ensuite. There is also a fridge and small electric oven which can be used to warm up your croissant's in the morning. Guests are provided: A Very Warm Welcome. Towels. Hairdryer. iPhone charger. Free off road parking The hot tub is totally private and for only guests use when they stay with us at Raddlebank Grange. This time of year, we advise to bring a dressing gown to wear after you have used the hot tub, as it is can be rather chilly. If you prefer we have cosy dressing gowns to use which are available to hire for £5 per dressing gown. This covers the cost of washing and drying. Other things to note The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair access. Max occupancy: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There is use of a sofa bed but it is in the same room as the King size bed. Smoking: We have a no smoking policy in and around the property and garden. Should we believe that guests have been smoking in the property, a smoking fine equal to the security deposit for the purposes of deep cleansing will be charged. In addition, guests will be asked to leave the premises. In the interests of retaining heat and conserving energy please ensure that all lights and equipment have been turned off after use. Damages Policy: The owners reserve the right to charge the guests for the costs of rectifying any damage to the property, structure or equipment, howsoever caused. No pets allowed in the property, there is a dog kennel suitable for 2 medium sized dogs available to use. Guests must inform us if they plan to bring dogs. Owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
