Equipped with a heated swimming pool and a beautiful outdoor space, it is perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends! House that can accommodate up to 6 people, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Composition of the Accommodation • Spacious living room with wood-burning stove, overlooking the terrace and heated swimming pool. • Modern and fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher... • Adjacent utility room with sink, refrigerator, washing machine and separate toilet. Night side: • Two bright rooms in a row: – One with a double bed (140) and wardrobe – The other with two single beds and wardrobe • Bathroom between the two rooms with towel dryer and hair dryer. • A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160), wardrobe and private bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit. Exteriors • Heated swimming pool (open from May to mid-September), landscaped terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and electric awning. • At the back, relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, perfect for an aperitif at sunset. • Gas plancha available for your summer meals. • Children's play area for the little ones' enjoyment. • Garage with independent Wc, possibility to park a vehicle or bicycles. • Additional parking in front of the house.
