Guest suite in Carlsbad

Our place is close to restaurants and shopping, the beach, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love our place because of the Privacy, Natural light, very comfy bed and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It best accommodates Solo travels or Couples. The space is large but can get tight if an air mattress is added to the room. The space Very Clean and Cozy Studio with Kitchenette. The only thing missing is a Kitchen sink. We have supplied two small bins so you can conveniently wash your dishes or we are happy to do them for you. The studio has lots of natural light and has access to the back yard where you can enjoy lounging or having dinner outside. The Unit does have AC as well as a ceiling fan. We do live above the Unit so you may hear foot steps or Doggie paws. We are not loud or up late. The Studio does have cable tv. Full Private Bathroom, We do have a queen air mattress if there is a party of 4. Guest access You have private entry through the slider door located on the back side of house. Other things to note The space is very quaint and cozy and perfect for an individual or Couple. The space can feel cramped once you add an air mattress to the floor. We do dwell above the unit and have 2 dogs. Foot steps and dog paws will be heard. However, we are not loud people and tend to turn-in by 9pm or 10pm.
