Our sunny south-west facing beach front penthouse is meters from Hacienda beach. Its has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Perfectly located between both beautiful towns of Puerto Banus & Estepona (approx. 10 mins either side). Easy access to Marbella The space 90 sq meters penthouse apartment , south westerly facing with direct beach access ( 40 meters). It features a wide south west 12 sq meters terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the manicured gardens. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning as well as heating ( for the cooler winter evenings). This well kept development is located exactly between affluent Puerto Banus/Marbella (10 mins drive) and authentic Estepona. The penthouse can suit up to 6 guests ( 2 x twin bedrooms, one bathroom one shower room & 1 sofa bed in living room) . WIFI available (€ 12/week and fast). Good conditions for longer periods. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool ( a large one for adults and a shallow one for children). The pool bar which is opened in season serves snacks and alcoholic beverages and is a great place to unwind and enjoy a sun downer at. Comfortable sun beds with parasols are also made available at the beach , which also boasts a renowned beach bar with atmosphere nearby. There is also a paddle tennis court available. Other things to note Check-in is from 15:00 hours and check-out 11:00 hours.
