Condo in Devon

Situated at the top of the harbour and surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes,galleries and small independent shops we are less than 50m from the harbour beech. From freshly made ice cream, fabulous fresh fish and chips through to a Michelin star restaurant, there is something for everyone. Many of the main attractions in North Devon are a short drive away. Perigrines Nest is on the third floor and enjoys lovely views across the harbour to Hillborough. There is no lift. Guest access There is plenty of parking close by but, rates vary , as the car parks are owned by different councils. 2021 rates were from £5 to £8 per 24 hours during high season. There is no free on street parking in the area for guests or residents. Woolacombe, Lee Bay, Combe Martin, Hele Bay, Croyde and Braunton are a short drive away. Golf, a variety of boat trips, quad biking, horse riding, water sports and fishing are close at hand. There is also a range of scenic walks in the area. Other things to note We are on the bustling harbour so in the middle of everything . We are also very close to the life boat station so noise can sometimes be expected.
