Giovanna Room - Sweetwater Branch Inn

Giovanna room is our courtyard facing room on the second floor of the historic McKenzie House. It comprises a queen sized bed and a queen futon in case you'd like to bring any additional guests! Giovanna room can also connect to Aurora room- just in case your party is larger than four. The space Located 5 blocks away from downtown Gainesville, the Sweetwater Branch Inn is a unique staple in town. Our property comprises two historical Victorian houses, a courtyard, and well-maintained garden. The space truly feels like an oasis. Guest access In addition to our lovely gardens and courtyard, here at Sweetwater Branch Inn, you have access to your private room, the common living areas, and a guest fridge and microwave on the second floor of the McKenzie house. You also have access to our putting green, pool, hot tub, and free bike rentals.
