It’s located in the quiet and charming neighborhood of Koukaki, perfect if you prefer a residential neighborhood away from noisy, overly touristy areas while still being close to everything. Sygrou Fix metro station is within walking distance (800 m), as are the Acropolis and Plaka. Along the pedestrian street of Georgiou Olympiou. a mix of coffee shops, bars and tavernas. It’s located in a very quiet and charming neighborhood, while still within easy walking distance of the historic center. The Acropolis Museum is just 900 meters away, about a 20-minute walk. The studio features one double bed (160 × 200) and a fully equipped kitchen. A basic self-serve breakfast is included, with Nescafé, creamer, tea, honey, jam, and cookies. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). For your comfort, the studio is equipped with a washing machine (no dryer), iron and ironing board, ventilator, and hair dryer. Air conditioning (hot and cold) is available, as well as a heater for the winter months (November - March) High-speed Wi-Fi is provided (Cosmote, 90 Mbps). The studio has an independent entrance at ground-floor level and no balcony. There is no private garage, but free street parking is available around the block. Other things to note *Energy and Gas Crisis* We do have and provide gas heating. However we kindly ask you to be mindful and turn on the heating only when inside the studio and only when necessary.
