The Garden House

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated! The space Guests will have privacy and space! The Garden house sits off of the highway and is surrounded by land! This location is close to town but far enough out to get that “country feel” without a long drive and being too far away from what you need! We also have other personal properties nearby! Cleanliness and respect for other property is expected! We will be available by phone and nearby most of the time if any situation should occur. Guest access Guest can use house, porches and surrounding yard in which the Garden House sits. The house sits on private property in which we have cattle, pastures, a home and other buildings which are off limits to guests. Please remove trash and place in can on back porch, please place dirty linens such as sheets and towels in hamper in laundry room and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon check out! Thank you!
