The house is close to all amenities, has own private, off-road parking space available on a first come, first served basis, and is also near to 2 free carparks and has great access to public transport. The space Welcome to our delightful double room featuring a luxuriously comfortable king-size bed. The room offers a private en-suite shower room with a view of the nearby church. For your convenience, we provide tea and coffee making facilities, including complimentary Dorset Tea, Nespresso Coffee, and biscuits. There is also a Smart TV and smart speaker for your entertainment. Indulge in our fluffy white towels and enjoy the range of toiletries provided for your comfort. At Brackenbury House, you'll find a wonderfully relaxed and inviting ambiance. Our walls are adorned with eclectic art, and our shelves are filled with captivating books on local and natural history, inviting you to explore and unwind in our charming space Guest access You will have a private double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. You will also have use of the walled terrace garden at the front of the house. We do not share our family kitchen, however we are happy to provide crockery and cutlery etc for eating on the terrace/picnics. For anything else, please just ask and we will try and accommodate. During your stay We live within the property so can be available if you have any questions. Arrival and Departure The room(s) will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, and our checkout time is 10:00 am on the day of departure. We have a shy ginger cat called Paxton. She is not allowed in the guest bedrooms. We do not accept any pets or children.
