Quiet neighborhood. Close to Toluca Lake. Walking distance to the Metro Station and North Hollywood shoping center -NoHo Art District (5min drive,23 min walk). Close to Universal Studios (8 min) and the Burbank Airport (9min). Room on side of the house. Very comfortable. Nice and warm. Spacious with AC/heater, a full private bathroom and a smalll fridge, a microwave. The room has a private area to have breakfast in solitude. Visitors are only allowed in the patio area. The room has a full size bed and accommodates one person only. Guest will have access to patio to sit, relax and eat. There will also be an assigned parking space in the gated private driveway. There is no laundry services. Guest are in a separate structure. We like to say hi when we see them and ask them if everything is ok. Quiet neighborhood. Low traffic Public transportation available 3 blocks for the residence. Taxi available if called. Recommend Uber or Lift service for easier transportation. There is a security camera in the Front driveway and one in the backyard.
