Privileged, trendy location, minutes away from the Lisbon historical center. The space Welcome The apartment is centrally located, cosy, and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and is well equipped. It is ideal for five guests, but can accommodate up to seven adults. It is located on the fourth floor of the building and is accessible by stairs. The apartment has a total area of 81 square metres and features a bright, sunny balcony/terrace where you can enjoy your meals. The apartment includes three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms do not have windows. In the living room, there is also a double sofa bed. A baby cot can be provided upon prior request. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, blender, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment has one full bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning. Please note that the internet connection may not be suitable for streaming or remote work. On-street parking is paid from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a maximum parking limit of two hours during this period. Alternatively, there are several parking lots in the area. We recommend the Lidl parking lot on Avenida Casal Ribeiro, which is open 24 hours a day and costs a maximum of around €12 per day. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy your stay. Other things to note This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
