The studio apartment is right on the shores of the Baltic Sea, located in the city of Zelenogradsk, only 16 minutes walk (1.3 km) from the Zelenogradsk-Novy railway station. The way down to the beach is right from the house. There is a nice cafe and a wine boutique on the ground floor. A walk from the apartment to the SPA center (100 meters), to the outdoor paid pool with a Jacuzzi is only 4 minutes (300 m). Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
