A room in a shared home prepared exclusively for guests. The room has 1 full bed. Sheets and towels are already included in the price. The room is private and has keys. The bathroom and the rest of the house are shared and very clean. You can use the kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. I don't have a garage. The room is 650 meters from the bus station and 500 meters from the beach of Forte and 200 meters from the Extra market. The space The listing price is for two people. The neighborhood is safe and within a radius of 200 meters you can do everything you need, there are markets, pharmacies, bus stops to Arraial do Cabo and Buzios, restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, bars, Japanese steakhouse, a small plaza and Praia do Forte. You can count on me for any guidance about the city. Please note that our house is shared but your room is private, has a key and privacy. Guest access Guests will be able to use the shared living room, bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, and laundry area, in addition to their private room. During your stay I don't live in the house, but I'll be available in person or by phone for any guidance about the house and the city. Other things to note About the months of December, January, February and March: We charge 50 reais per person to store luggage. Subject to availability, please check before you make your reservation. Guests who book the night before can arrive in the morning. Arrange the time before closing the reservation. To leave after check-out time, you'll need to pay for one more night.
