Cozy Cottage for 2 with High Speed Wifi

Enjoy a big comfortable king size bed in this studio style cottage for 2. Come relax or "work away from home." With High Speed Internet, you don't have to worry about slow connection! We're located two blocks from Historic Independence Square and a short 20 minute drive to downtown Kansas City. Only 10 minutes away from the Royals and Chiefs Stadium and 5 minutes from the Truman Library! Important. Please don't book if you want to bring a pet, or plan on smoking in or on the property. The space This cozy cottage though small is very roomy. There is plenty of space to put your clothes in a dresser, and an area to hang your clothes. Enjoy a king size bed with lots of room to stretch out and roll around! lol, We've been told by guests that this mattress is the "best" they've ever slept on! The bathroom is a walk-in shower and toilet, originally created for a wheelchair. The bathroom floor is built of real tile and grout, with a cobblestone type of look and feel. Don't mistake discoloration for dirt - we get on our hands and knees and scrub this whole floor by hand! The kitchen sink is doubled as the bathroom sink, with a nice big mirrored cabinet to hold all your personal grooming items. Kitchen has a full apartment sized refrigerator and freezer, small microwave and an electric counter top double induction burner to cook on. No oven. There is also a coffee maker and toaster. There's a little corner breakfast nook, can also be used as a desk. In the closet across from the dresser, you will find towels, extra blanket, sheets, broom and cleaning supplies. Absolutely no pets allowed. You can be assured that there has been no animals in the cottage. Please don't ask if you can bring a pet - the answer is no. Important. Please don't book if you plan on smoking at all. There is no smoking allowed in the cottage or on the property. We have made exceptions for both smokers and pet owners and have regretted it terribly. Other things to note Again, the kitchen is limited to a small microwave and a double burner induction hotplate. No oven. There is plenty of off street parking. There is a train about 2 blocks away that comes by - no one has ever complained, but thought you should know. One of our guests mentioned that someone in the next door apartment building gets up early to go to work and starts his motorcycle, which woke him up. I thought I would mention that here if you are sensitive to noise. (Note that I haven't had anyone else report that)
