A beautiful two bedroom (one of which toy-filled), two bath funky/chic garden duplex flat in quiet, green and residential Prague 6. Located about a 15 minutes walk from Prague castle (Mala Strana) and 10 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop, with public pool, restaurants, shops and parks nearby. In the cover photo, taken from the (private) garden, it's the bottom two floors of the house, one with balconies and one with French windows.) The photos are waaaay outdated and ripe for a renewal ... The space Upstairs a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom and entry with storage closet. Both bedrooms have balconies and look out over the garden. Downstairs a second bathroom with washer/dryer, a library with TV and large lounge (and sleep) sofa, as well as an office. The downstairs has direct access to the garden via a wonky door. Guest access Two floors and the garden. Other things to note The master bedroom has a 180cm wide bed for 2 people. The kids' room has a bunk bed with 90cm wide mattresses and a few extra you can put on the floor for up to 4 kids ... though it will be really tight! These rooms share the upstairs bathroom.The downstairs has a large pull-out couch for 1 or 2 (skinny) people and has the second bathroom and laundry room with washer/dryer.
