Dawns-y-Don is translated as 'Dancing of the waves' and that's certainly what you can expect to see from the comfort of the bungalow's lounge and kitchen! A charming modern bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge & kitchen/diner. Has a drive and a small garden at the front of the property and a small yard at the back area. Within walking distance of Aberystwyth town & footpaths, there is fantastic views of the Harbour and Ceredigion Bay on your doorstep! Pet Friendly (charges apply) The space Dawns-y-Don is a home from home property that's a very comfortable, with a modern style but has the most amazing views!!!! are you ready to spot some dolphins...???!!! Three comfortably sized rooms. The third bedroom is a single, but a put-me-up single can be set up for the 6th person (no additional cost). Two Bathrooms - one has a bath with over head shower, sink and toilet with a window; second is a small shower room, sink and toilet. Outside space: Garden area at the front and a pebbled patio that leads round to the side and back of bungalow. There is a sloppy garden at back, but it isn't fully cared for, but you are welcomed to use! A washing line and pegs are provided too. Enjoy ♡ Guest access The drive is a shared drive, therefore I do ask for guests to keep to the left side. There is space to park 2 cars right outside the bungalow or free parking on the road at bottom of drive (again keep to in front of the garden, left side of drive). thank you Other things to note The garden space isn't enclosed, so if you bring pets with you, please make sure they are supervised at all times.
