This area has so much to explore! North Toe is great for tubing & kayaks! Fast WiFi! The space Come and explore the creeks, waterfalls, and trails of far western NC mtns-- away from the crowds and traffic of Asheville, Boone, Johnson City,Brevard area but close enough to visit. Pet-Freindly! The AT(AT lookout, beauty spot Unicoi) Lineville falls, & miles of other hiking trails right nearby, or, just outside on our own private roads. The small-town charm of Burnsville, N.C. can't be beat Some people are calling Burnsville the new old Asheville. Mayland Earth to sky BARE dark sky observatory and planetarium have many shows daily! (get tickets in advance) Joe Hollis Mountain Gardens, Penland School of craft, close by. There is plenty of free parking in driveway and across road! Super fast WiFi House is spilt up into 2 units private areas no adjoining walls. Laundry room and courtyard give you plenty of sound proof privacy. ( read reviews) TV is ROKU. Please ask if you need help. Guests have the Entire front of house. duplex 750 Sq ft The front porch is not shared with anyone it's all yours . Flat lot walking along stone path to side entry into kitchen. The house flows into living and dining room. Huge primary suite, Full bath with standard shower, Living room, and bedroom have picture windows. Beautiful gas log fireplace. Front door leads to huge porch with 3 seating areas. Plus many more seating areas around property. High speed internet or totally unplug. All pets are welcome! Very private! we also have 2 kayaks you can take out! (small fee) we will even drop the kayaks off and pick them up! Come on! Have the perfect mountain experience! Guest access Be kind to our gravel Rd. parking across the gravel road for work trucks, parking in driveway, and across the rd on the side of property. Other things to note Fire pit: Bring your own wood(they sell it in front of most stores and dollar gen) Always ask first there could be burn band. seasonal snow: Scenic viewRd is not county maintained. Please go slow. Short walk down to stream. plenty of seating areas all over property and on porch. 2 fire pits located at n front and back. Not really any rules we are all adults, Just smoke outside.
