Stunning Mill House in tranquil location with pool

A beautifully renovated 16th Century Mill, the Mill House is nestled in the heart of Brittany backing onto a 10 acre lake, access & fishing may be available by request. The Mill House sleeps up to 6 in 3 double bedrooms, has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area and has a small private courtyard garden with BBQ and dining area, access to private,heated swimming pool, hot tub (closed 1/11-31/3) and large sunbathing deck for Mill guest use only. The perfect venue for a family vacation. The space The Mill House is attached to the owners apartment, who are on hand to answer any questions, and is across the track from "La Notre" and the fishing lake. Access to the lake is restricted during 1 April - 31 October as anglers will be on site. Guest access The Mill House guests have access to the entire Mill House, Court Yard Garden, and sole use of the pool, hot-tub and large decking area. Access to the pool and hot tub are from 07h to 22h, both are closed from 1st November until 31 March Other things to note We have 2 very friendly young dogs, free range chickens & ducks who all roam free and play in the garden during the day. We also have horses stabled at the bottom of the garden. The parking area is also shared with us. Please note that respect our neighbour's it is quiet time in all outdoor spaces after 22h.
