Welcome to our accommodation! :) 49m2 apartment located in the Tetuán area, in the northern part of Madrid, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but with easy access to it. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is half an hour away by Metro, with the Valdeacederas stop 400m away. The Santiago Bernabeu Stadium is 10 min away by car or 25 min by Metro. We hope you enjoy your stay here! Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space The apartment is on the ground floor facing the street, which means you may hear some noise from the street. Please bear this in mind before booking. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: * A lounge area with sofa and TV * The independent kitchen equipped with a dining table for breakfast or lunch (it does not have an oven) * Bedroom with a 150cm double bed * A full bathroom Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning with hot and cold air pump through a centralized system that is controlled from a thermostat located in the living room. Hot water is provided by a small electric water heater: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone.
