L'ARCO ANTICO - Zefiro Room - Balcony and terrace

L'ARCO ANTICO is just a few meters away from the famous balconade of S. Stephan. This historic mansion has been meticulously restored maintaining its original beauty and simplicity. Though small, rooms are cozy and equipped with all the necessary comforts. On the second floor, guests have access to the shared use of the fully equipped sea-view terrace with a panoramic shower and a mini fridge stocked with drinks and snacks, as listed in the menu available in the rooms. The space The Zefiro room with a small balcony is on the first floor. It is a cozy and bright room of about 18 square meters with a view of the characteristic narrow streets of the historic center. The room includes: a private bathroom with a bidet, shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, access to the room with a badge, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and individual heating control, a tea corner, a mini fridge, an individual safe box, a TV with a satellite antenna connected to major national and international TV channels. The meticulous restoration work has preserved the original structure in local stone and the typical barrel vault. With its warm furnishings made strictly of solid wood, the Zefiro room is the ideal environment for couples and singles. On the second floor, the solarium of about 30 square meters is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, deck chairs, an outdoor shower to give you a wonderful view of the sea and a mini fridge stocked with drinks and snacks, as listed in the menu available in the rooms. Guest access Based on your stay date, you can decide whether to park on the street or reserve a parking space in a private parking lot in the city center, about 650 meters from the property. The daily cost is €15.00. Transfer to the property with a rickshaw ( tuk-tuk) or carriage, under reservation. During your stay To organize the check-in process efficiently, I contact the guests the day before their arrival, and during their stay, I am always available to provide them with all the information to have a special vacation! Other things to note Breakfast is served at a cafe close to the property, where you can enjoy the Italian breakfast. From March until the end of October, savory, English, gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian breakfasts will also be available.
