Welcome to the Botanist Lab! We are a quirky, little homestay located in less hectic area of central Saigon. Our minimalist room features a queen bed, daybed with laptop table, bluetooth speaker and a private bathroom with rain shower. The room is in a remodeled house that has been turned into a coliving space. Guests will also have access to a shared kitchen, a large working area and a washer/dryer. We are only 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Ben Thanh Market! The space Our homestay contains 8 units with shared spaces on the ground floor. This room is located on the second floor. Amenities include: - Queen bed with 2 pillows - Hotel-quality bed linens and towels - Daybed with laptop table - Bluetooth smart speaker - Private bathroom with rain shower and Toto toilet with built-in bidet - Complimentary bottled water in your room - Toiletries provided including toothbrush, soap and shampoo - High-speed wireless internet In addition, you will have access to the following shared spaces: - Coworking area with a large table - Front courtyard with outdoor seating - Front-loading washer and dryer - A full kitchen including * Large refrigerator with freezer * Stove, microwave and water kettle * Complete set of tableware, pots and pans and utensils * Complimentary coffee bar Our homestay is located in the Tan Dinh neighborhood of District 1, one of the few walkable areas in Saigon. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly... Guest access Guests will have access to their own bedroom and a private bathroom. The bathroom is separate (it's across the hall) but not shared. Guests can also access the shared areas in the building including the coworking area, ground floor kitchen, front courtyard and washer/dryer. Other things to note This unit is on the second floor. Guests will have to walk up stairs to reach the room. This unit is one of 8 homestay units in a renovated building. There may be other Airbnb guests staying in the building at the same time. This unit does not have secure parking for motorbikes. Please contact our hosts if you need to park your motorbike. Please contact us before booking if you plan to conduct any commercial activities at our unit, including photoshoots or filming. An additional fee will apply and we will inform you the amount when we understand the nature of the activity. Fees start from 3,000,000 VND and will go up depending on the crew size, duration and the nature of the activity. We may also ask for a damage deposit for the activity.
