We are friendly and cozy guesthouse situated in Chiang Mai city center,  right next to Thaphae Gate (East gate).  Our focus is on providing a service which makes our guests feel right at home.  Our guests can expect a high quality experience with comfortable beds, all amenities in a laid back, relaxed atmosphere. The space Room size around 35 sqm. with en-suit bathroom. The rooms are comfortably fit for 2 people. Complimentary tea, coffee, drinking water and free WiFi in your room. Internet desktop is available for in house guest only at restaurant. Guest access Automatic key tag for access both getting in and getting out the property. I would suggest to keep it with you at all time as I prefer to lock it most of the time for my guest safety reason. Our staff on duty between 7am- 8pm. Please bare with us as It'll take a few minutes to explain how to access to our property properly while you are checking in. Any problems please contact me via Airbnb text. Other things to note (No key deposit at the moment) Key deposit 500 Baht per room. We will return money back when you checking out. Early check out before 7 am then we are happy to return your money the day before but please inform us as soon as you checking in as we try to avoid transfer money back to guest via bankings.
