Arles: I rent 1 single room (140 cm bed) in my comfortable townhouse, opposite MOPA, 200 m from the LUMA Tower (Franck Gehri) and the SNCF workshops, ideal for a photo festival or visit to the LUMA space. Downtown is a 10-minute walk away, and small local shops (pharmacy, hot spot, grocery store, bakery) and shopping area are a 5-minute drive away. The garden is available for guests. Easy parking 50 m away or on the street. The space The room is located on the ground floor of my house which has a half floor. The room overlooks the garden, it is very bright and is accessed by an independent door. Reserved for guests: next to the bedroom, there is a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, cupboard, hair dryer. In case of rental of both bedrooms, the bathroom is to be shared with the 2nd guest. The room is reserved for solo travelers. I can do a washing machine load on request for 4 euros. Guests can use the garden as they wish and have a separate entrance. Guests can use the equipped kitchen at the top as well as the fridge. The house is nice. A second bedroom is possibly available opposite the first if 2 guests are friends. The rented rooms are those of my children: the cupboards will be emptied and are at your disposal, but they are not empty of all their personal belongings, books, etc. that can be used with respect.
