Charming villa for holidays in Tuscany with swimming pool and large private garden in the beautiful countryside surrounding the medieval city of Cortona, centre of many important national and international cultural events. The space The villa is located in the Etruscan land of Valle d'Esse, between Tuscany and Umbria, in an absolutely quiet location overlooking the surrounding countryside. It is comfortably furnished in a traditional Tuscan style. The Villa of 175 square meters is' arranged on two levels connected with a beautiful internal wooden staircase. On the ground floor there is a living room with direct access to the beautiful garden with fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave oven and dishwasher), dining area, a double bedroom with bunk beds and a large double bedroom with fireplace and sitting area. Also on the ground floor is a large bathroom with shower and laundry room (washing machine, iron). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms : 2 large double bedrooms (one with balcony)and a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed if necessary) and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Two of these bedrooms have air conditioning. For families with children, a crib, high chair, toilet reducer and baby bath tub are available . Bed and bath linens, electricity, and Wi-Fi Internet are included. Guest access All around the villa there is a private garden of 1400 square meters. equipped with swimming pool (9 x 4 mt - maximum depth 2 meters - open from May 1 to September 30), barbecue and private parking. Wi - Fi is free. The independent heating is paid based on consumption at a cost of € 4.50 / hour. The cost of air conditioning is € 50 per week. In case of stay with animals, allowed by the owner, there is an additional cost of 50 €/each. Other things to note For stays longer than 7 days, it is mandatory to carry out subsequent cleaning on a weekly basis at a cost of € 300; cleaning takes place every Saturday (3 hours) and change of linen.
