It is an original house from 1604 restored in 2000. It retains original interior arches as well as other characteristic elements of the 17th century. The house has four bedrooms, accommodating eight. Three of the rooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. The fourth room has a bunk bed for two people. We have a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor is the open kitchen, dining room and a toilet. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a balcony and the other with a large window, and a full bathroom. On the third floor there is a double bedroom with a small terrace and the bunk room with a small balcony and some toys and books. Other things to note USERAS, A TOWN WITH HISTORY Useras is a municipality in the province of Castellón in the Valencian Community. Located in the Alcalatén region. Geography. Located between ravines and mountains, with the population scattered around the farmhouses, in the central sector of the Alcalatén region. The lowest level is in Formany and Les Molineres at 200 meters, next to Rambla de la Viuda, and the highest in Penyarroja, at almost 800 meters. From Castellón de la Plana, this town is accessed via the CV-16, then taking the CV-190 and then the CV-165. The neighboring towns are: Adzaneta, Culla, Vall d'Alba, Sierra Engarcerán, Villafamés, Costur, Figueroles and Lucena del Cid, all of them in the province of Castellón. Some religious monuments: Hermitage of the Virgin of Loreto. Ermita del Cristo. The Italian influence on the town is something that can be seen, especially on a religious level. The hermitage of the Christ was built by a certain Pablo Fabro. And possibly from this time is also that of Santa Waldesca and the ancient one of Loreto, who with San Felipe de Neri, all of them Italians, are patrons of the town. Ermita Santa Waldesca. The image of the Christ is kept in it. Parish Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord. It stands on the remains of the castle. Recent research has led to the conclusion that the church's builder was Esteve Ganaut. An inscription shows that the first stone was laid on November 9, 1613. Its monumental façade forms a set with the bell tower, with masonry stone on the façade, tower and buttresses. The temple, with a rectangular floor plan, comes from models that Valencian Gothic architecture used in the 15th century polygonal apse and side chapels between the buttresses. The cover-altarpiece is double-bodied with attached columns and a semicircular arch. Outside the pilasters there are niches with sculptures of San Miguel and San Juan Bautista above, in the lower ones, San Vicente Mártir and San Vicente Ferrer. A cornice with a bust of San Pedro finishes this body and serves as an upper base, which has Ionic pilasters and frieze and a split pediment finish. Civil monuments: Town Hall. Building of architectural interest. Places of interest: Ravines: La Ponsa, Peña Roja, Traguanta, Barranco de les Olles, Barranco del Mas del Carxet, Barranco de la Palanca, la Ramblella...
