Charming stone house of Quercy-XIX, overlooking a pretty medieval village with its feudal tower of the 13th century; at the junction of the great sites of our Occitanie region and the Auvergne mountains. Cultural tourism, walks, fishing, swimming Completely renovated with the character of the old and modern amenities. For 6 people (8 if children max), private 8x4 swimming pool with safety (bar cover), barbecue/plancha, deckchairs. Open-plan living room and kitchen 4 Bedrooms. 1 Bathroom, toilet and laundry The space You will appreciate the quietness of the house Its view overlooking the village Swimming pool without neighbors (possibility to heat it / optional) You will have access to the whole house and garden House without neighbors at the end of a dead end (calm assured) Close to the house: petanque court and playground for children The village has a grocery store open all year round as well as a restaurant (local cuisine). Additional information on the equipment of the house and possible options are available in the "other remarks" section Guest access We remain at your disposal throughout your stay should you need anything. To solve a material problem, to have advice on visits, good addresses etc. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided, but you have the option to book them. During the winter periods, a surcharge for heating may be requested (we pay for 8 kW/day consumed) during the end-of-stay meter reading The pool is open between May 15 and early June (depending on the weather), it is closed from September 15. Possibility to heat the pool (Option with surcharge) between June 20 and September 15, this is to be planned directly with the owner.
