Enjoy a quiet getaway near the beach

This cozy home is located within walking distance to both Lake Michigan and Lake Muskegon. It’s a short drive to downtown nightlife and has plenty of public parks and trails nearby to explore. Access will be to 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom on the main floor. Shared access to the kitchen, living room and outdoor patio are also included. Parking is available via driveway with keypad entry to the house. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to relax and recharge this is the place. The space My home is located in a residential neighborhood that stays pretty quiet, there is the occasional dog barking or cars driving by. There is a park nearby with Pickle ball courts and sledding hills. I like to keep things clean and tidy but homey as well. There is a ceiling fan in each bedroom and room darkening shutters. Feel free to use the Keurig for coffee and tea. Sugar is next to the Keurig and creamer options are in the fridge. Space is available in the fridge for any items you have as well. Dirty dishes can be put in the dishwasher, I’ll take care of them for you. There is an outdoor patio with seating and space to relax. *Please note, this listing is for private rooms in shared house. I will most likely be home during your stay. Guest access First floor bedrooms (2), bathroom, kitchen, living room, backyard/patio and entrance area of garage. Space is available in the kitchen fridge and pantry cabinet to put food items. During your stay I'll most likely be home during your stay. I'll either be upstairs or in the basement working (I work from home) but just give me a holler if you need anything or have any questions. There is a keypad for entry into the house so you can come and go as you please. Other things to note Please use the clothesline outside to hang towels from the beach and swimsuits. The outdoor hose can be used to rinse off after the beach. Do not overturn the faucet knob - water will still trickle a bit after you turn it off. Please turn the exhaust fan on in the bathroom when taking a shower. The outdoor sprinkler system goes off early in the morning on Mon, Wed and Fri. There are a lot of deer in the neighborhood so be careful driving around at night. If they are in my front yard or nearby please watch from a distance and respect them by not getting too close.
