Located 2 miles from BVR CK and 7 miles from Vail. Queen bed in the mtns for a great nights sleep. Comfortable, relaxing and peaceful space next to national forest and nearby amenities. This is a 2-beautiful and happy CAT house. 1 will warm up to you, the other will shy away. They are well-adjusted, funny cats. Sweeping views in the neighborhood look out to Castle Peak. Forest hiking from the house in 12 mins, golf across the street, mtn biking from the house. Overall a relaxing green space. The space It is a quiet ski mtn home that sits on the edge of national forest. The view of the stars at night is fantastic and from the master bedroom and back deck, you can see Castle Peak off in the distance - Colorado's only active volcano. You'll love my place because of the morning light that warms up the kitchen and living area. This is a big room that is heated by a pellet stove that is easy to use, super safe and mtn cozy! We strive to make your visit a wonderful one. The kitchen is well equipped to cook if you like and the bathroom has the basics in case you have forgotten your hairdryer or flatiron etc... During your stay ~ It is a small condo and we are sharing a bathroom so hard to avoid each other :) ~ Certain days we are barely home. ~ So here if you need me and can give you plenty of info after living for 24 years here if you need it.
