A very comfy double bed. Overlooks the garden in a quiet location. Walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and small desk. An easy commute into town by Underground, London Overground or bus. Local amenities, restaurants, shops and cafe's nearby. A lovely Park adjacent a local swimming pool and David Lloyd Sports Club, newly opened at the end of the road in East Acton Lane. Parking available (please ask first). The space Beautiful 'country style' Victorian double detached town house in safe and quiet leafy neighbourhood in this smart road, close to lovely park. The house has many of its original features, covings, stained glass windows and fancy brickwork. The large double bed has comfy mattress and quality bed linen. Desk and chair. Wifi. Spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. We have two other rooms (see other airbnb page for details) one with a double bed and a shared bathroom and we have a twin bedded room with private bathroom. We do not provide breakfast but you are welcome to make your own and eat in the kitchen. There are numerous cafe's and restaurants in Churchfield Road, 3 minutes away. Hairdryers are available and we can supply shampoo and conditioner. If you are travelling by car we have parking for two extra cars on our driveway. Please book in advance. However, on-street parking is free from 5.30pm to 9am and free all weekend. There are plenty of parking spaces on Shaa Road as all houses have driveways. Guest access We have a south facing terrace and when the weather is fine you are welcome to sit in the garden. During your stay My husband and I enjoy meeting guests from all over the world and will make you feel welcome. If you order a take away please eat in the kitchen and if you want to make your own breakfast please provide your own. There are plently of cafe's and pubs in the area to eat and two stations to use to get into London. Other things to note If you like staying in a spacious room and house and living in a quiet street away from the pollution and noise in Central London, then this is the place for you. Easy access to Central London by on the Central Line or Piccadilly Line. Kew and Richmond, or Willesden Junction with connection to Bakerloo Line are easily accessible by London Overground. Train goes to Kew Garden. Chiswick Business Park is a short bus or tube away. Wembley is close by. From November 2022 we will be connected to the Elizabeth Line which will provide a fast service from Acton Main Line, a 15 min walk away, 2 stops to Bond Street, 5 stops to Liverpool Street, including link to Heathrow, for example.
