Independent room in a spacious 96 m2 apartment in a quiet and peaceful area close to all amenities. The space It is 20 min by bus from the city or 30 min from the beach. Located a 5-minute walk from a park of Verdure, the Sant-Vicens gardens. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor with stairs. My guests will have access to all common areas. The apartment has a balcony where you can have lunch when the weather is nice (and at our place it is often). In the bathroom you have the possibility to use a sink that is reserved for you (toothbrush glass, individual pod for the shower). A shower and bathtub are also available to guests. Sheets are provided and the bed is made when you arrive. Towels can be provided if you request them. During your stay I am present in the accommodation. I can advise you if you need advice on your travels or excursions, but I can also be discreet. Other things to note During the summer period, I only accept reservations for 3 consecutive nights. If you choose a minimum of three nights, the rate will be 25 euros per night and for one person.
