Guest access We have a limited number of parking spaces available for guests to use. Should you wish to reserve one of these spaces then please do let us know in advance as we are unable to guarantee availability. The rate for on-property parking is £18 per night and due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate large vehicles such as vans or large SUV’s. Other things to note We will require a £250 security deposit upon check-in to guarantee against any extra services consumed or possible damages. This refundable deposit can be made on a credit or debit card. Please be advised that we will release the deposit on the day of departure subject to inspection of your apartment. It may take between 5-7 working days to appear back in your account. This may take longer for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.
