Please keep in mind, this is a cottage, not a full size house. Now with Wifi! This beautifully decorated, minimalist cottage is designed with couples in mind. Made for guests to unplug and unwind from everyday life in a relaxing, beautiful environment. Enjoy peace and quiet in our cottage with a farmhouse vibe & modern touches. A cozy bedroom offers a queen size bed (BRAND NEW memory foam mattress) with views of apple trees and sunsets. The living room has a comfortable queen size pull out couch offering panoramic views of sprawling farmland and distant views of the Jordan River. Warm up with ease by the gas stove for a relaxing night at home or take in the fresh county air on the covered porch. Barn board kitchen is equipped w/ everything you need & has full sized appliances for cooking convenience. Beautiful bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. Enjoy the summer nights around our new outdoor stone fire pit Enjoy distant views of the river from the porch or take a stroll down to the water . Please keep in mind: 🔶 WE DO NOT PROVIDE FIREWOOD for outdoor pit. (The indoor stove is propane ~ no wood needed) - There are dozens of road side stands as well as local shops that sell wood by the bundle. 🔶 THE COTTAGE DOES have Wifi but does NOT have a TV. - We have good cell service at the cottage and have not had any complaints from the major service providers. - Please know yourself and your family, bring an iPad, laptop etc for entertainment. We are happy to let you know the locations of Redboxs in town to rent DVDs. Guest access Cottage is situated on a large private yard with surreal views, apple trees, and wildlife. Guests are provided with a fire pit, bbq, picnic table, swing and Adirondack chairs. Other things to note Please do your best to respect our cottage, property, neighboring farmland, and wildlife. Kill nothing but time, take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, keep nothing but memories.
