Located at an altitude, this beautiful property in Ramgarh features ample common areas for you to spend quality time with your loved ones. Relax in the balcony amidst the fresh breeze with a cup of hot cocoa, enjoy a scrumptious barbecue meal around the bonfire or simply soak in the infinite scenery surrounding the villa. To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, indoor fireplace, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. - Heater, Wi-Fi, queen-sized beds, attached bathrooms and mountain views are offered in all rooms. BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached, 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the first floor. It provides comfortable seating for up to 10 people. - It is equipped with a heater, Wi-Fi and an indoor fireplace. - The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people. - Both the floors have a balcony, each overlooking the snow-clad mountains. - There is a common room on the ground floor equipped with board games, a foosball table and a snooker table. - There is a small lawn in front of the villa. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note FOOD - The chef can prepare basic north Indian and Pahadi meals at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - Barbecue meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 300 for veg meals and at Rs. 500 for non-veg meals. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per day. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like snooker and foosball. Guests can carry a book to read peacefully. They can request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish a hearty barbecue meal. They can also venture out on nature trails and walks. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per hour. - The indoor fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per hour. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are CCTV cameras that cover the exteriors of the house for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights for up to 8 hours. - The parking space is approximately 400 metres away from the property. - There is a stairway leading down to the villa from the parking. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well.
